TWO GAMERS.. A LIFETIME OF EXPERIENCE
Before going full-time into gaming and eSports, Gareth worked in Sponsorship and Event Management, putting him in a good position to understand the significance of sponsorship programs and extracting meaningful ROI. Some of the notable corporates he has worked with include Unilever, Brandhouse and Takealot.com.
He started turning this passion into a career by writing for several gaming publications and websites, developing his notoriety and influencer status in the gaming community.
He now works as a professional caster, panel host and announcer in eSports and has been involved in almost every South African eSports event in the past year, across various titles.
Through his social media channels he works to raise the awareness of eSports in South Africa, and produce relatable gaming content and features regularly on shows such as Expresso.
Ryan conversely started his career in traditional marketing. This foundation built his unique strategic approach to advertising which blends traditional marketing theory, influence and behavioural science to yield maximum effectiveness for brands.
